Diamonds Are a Girls Best Friend

So I am graduating college in a few weeks and as a graduation present, I asked for an everyday diamond ring. Not realizing how expensive that was I opted for something a little bit more fabulously faux. In fact, I was in my favorite store (take a guess), Forever21, and they have been coming out with some pretty, yet faux, diamond rings. These rings are perfect for everyday wear. Its better then walking around with $10,000 worth of diamonds on your finger everyday.

Check out these stackables from Forever21 that only cost $3.80. They actually look just like the ones from Tiffanys.

Now those were the ones that only cost $3.80. Check out the real ones from Tiffanys all costing between $2,000 and $4,000 each. Then when you buy three to stack... becomes a bit costly for an everyday ring.

As always stay fabulously faux,

Thanks to Saks...

Browsing online at Saks.com, I found a few things worth dying over. Check'em out!

Besides the fact that the color is amazing and will go with anything, this new extra high platform will make you feel like a different person. These are from the Christian LouBoutin shoes from the Spring 2011 collection. Although the price is steep, at $995, still an amazing shoe.

The amazing clutch is by Alexander McQueen. As everything done by him, the art is not spared. It has this cool ring holes at the top of the clutch which is such a cool detail. As a fabulously faux shopper, I love looking and appriciating the $1,995 handbag, but I would opt for something with a price not as steep.

This Alexander Wang bag is starting to be the new it bag. I have seen so many people wearing it and rightfully so! Its got these amazing studs at the bottom of it that give it that extra flare, without fully studding the bag. At $825, its not too bad for a leather designer bag, but still too much for a fabulously faux shopper.

Since Burberry is always seen as the classic plaid, its always great to see something different from them. We are loving these studs, as you can tell from a lot of the posts here, since they had the extra edge. Also loving the side purse action of this bag! Check this out for only $750.

Diane Von Furstenburg has some great choices with color this season, example one: this maxi dress. $445.

My dream shoe. YSL. Its clean and classic with well known look. These will be mine someday. $795.

Add this type of necklace to any plain outfit and it will be sure to dress it up. This one is by ABS by Allex Schwartz at $250.

Check out Saks.com for yourself and enjoy the luxury.

Forever21. My Heaven.

So as we all know, I am a little obsessed with Forever21, I'm basically a walking advertisement! It's my answer to every question! Fill in the blank. "Hey, where'd you get that/those _____________. (insert clothing or accessory item here)." FOREVER21. So like any other day I found myself on the website again just seeing what's new. I just wanted to share a few things that I will for sure be grabbing to try on during my next trip to "retail heaven." Check 'em out. Would you grab the same stuff?

I love the fact that this top is so simple in the front, but so dramatic in the back. Dress it down with shorts like shown with flats or dress up with a cute 'n' tight mini and jaw dropping shoes. Its a great versitle piece for only $9.90.

Such a plain dress? No problem. Make it a bit rocker with a cool leather or jean jacket. Try a cool combat boot to add the extra spunk. Change it up completely! For only $24.80, you can afford to try this look.

Two toned watches go with anything and everything. Try it with a bunch of different gold and/or silver bangles, and it will add so much to your outfit. I would say this is one of my staple accessories. Gives the look of a Rolex for a fraction of the price at only $19.80.

Cute. Plain and simple. $12.90.

This is literally dressed up in sweats. Wear it like they did. It's amazing. $13.80.

I'll be at least trying on all of these things, and probably being buying them as well!

Harem. Thats All.

So recently, I have been seeing this large baggy pant and I was not exactly sure how it would go. Then, I tried on a pair at Forever21 and have recently become obsessed! These baggy pants are a statement piece and are easy to wear, not to mention comfy. They come in the classic black, which is my favorite, but also crazy prints and colors. And, always, when shopping at Forever21, you can find them at reasonable prices. I got mine for only $17.80. You can even find them at H&M for around $10.
Check out these different styles and choose whats right for you, but don't be afraid to try them. Fashion is supposed to be fun!

If you love this style that much, their are some designers that offer this style, but they might break the bank. Check out the heram pant by Chloe and Stella McCartney, which you can pick up in Saks Fifth Avenue, but they range from $225-$635.

Vegas, A Shoppers Dream! (Besides 5th Ave That Is...)

Last month I took a week vacation to Vegas where I had only heard that the shopping was amazing. Now being a fabulously faux kinda girl, of course I can appriciate all the high end designer shops but how many Louis Vouitton, Prada, Tiffanys stores can I walk in without buying! So, when we started to hit the stores I could really dive into, I was more then excited to shop! My two obvious favorites were the many HM's (although I recommend the one in the Ceasers Shops) and the Forever21 in the Fashion Show Mall, which is the biggest in the US!

The HM's, I never do as well in, unlike Forever21. That's where my bank account really gets hit hard. Depending on the HM, I can usually find a few good pieces and always some accessorires. This time, I did okay. Not as great as New York stores. A few blazers, hats and a few little bracelets. Also, durring the Holidays, HM was giving out $5 gift cards with any purchase. Lets just say I picked up a few of those.

But Forever21 was where I about had a heart attack. With 2 floors and the store being as large as your basic Macy's, you can understand my excitement. I pretty much left with the entire store but I've provided you with a view of my picks.

Also check out some of the amazing high end things I was drooling over!

Enjoy and get out there and shop!

Trend Alert!

So a new trend that we are loving is the knee high socks with pretty much anything. You can wear them casual or dressy. Be the first fashionista in your group to try it. Heres a few different looks that are paired with these cute socks. Try them with flats or heels, either way they will spice up your outfit. These socks should run you anywhere from $3 to $15.The short socks are also a cute way to dress up a plain pair of pumps so try those too with dresses or skirts and heels. Have fun with it and rock it!
